NB: There is an option to join in via zoom from your living room, bedroom, outdoor space!
Join Kelly at the Emerald McIndoe Function Centre, Central Queensland for this special 2 hour feature class of a 'Long Slow Deep' yoga practice targeting hips, spine and hamstrings. Feeling a sense of patience and calm wash over the body and mind. All while using props including: bolsters, blocks, straps, cushions, blankets to support the body creating the desired outcome for your practice.

You don't need to be a well practiced yogi or be flexible or strong to participate. This is a slow paced practice allowing you time to go within to breath and just be with your body and sensations.
A yoga practice similar to a yin yoga style.
